The Galston District Garden Club presents some of Sydney's most spectacular gardens in our annual Open Gardens Weekend. Situated in the north western Hills District of Sydney, nine beautiful gardens are open for inspection showing off their owners skills in plant selection and design in the varied landscapes of the region. Not be missed opportunity to see these fantastic private gardens.

Annual District Open Gardens in October

This event is traditionally held over the 3rd weekend in October each year this event showcases nine beautiful gardens, with teas being served in several gardens. No pre-booking is required (except coach/tour groups), just turn up on the day to the Galston Club at 19 Arcadia Road where tickets and map are available, or go directly to any of the open gardens.

Unique gardens on show ..

A few glimpses of the impeccable private gardens that will be open for your pleasure showing the diversity and beauty of our local gardens.

Situated in the north western Hills District of Sydney the gardens are located in the semi-rural suburbs of Galston, Arcadia, Glenorie and Dural.

Most of the gardens are acreages but have features which can be readily adapted to any garden environment, large or small.

The district is surrounded by bushland and has many interesting nurseries, farms and rural properties, so that just driving between the gardens is a pleasure.
