Visitor Comments

We visited the garden-the second month of Winter. Spectacular garden, even in the winter-time! Most plants & trees deciduous. Ponds & waterfalls (& some plants popping up-daffodils, etc) still worth seeing. Imagine it will be stunning in Spring & Summer. Cafe food top notch-fresh & homegrown. Granite retaining walls & cobble stone paths fascinating. Staff friendly & helpful. Definitely well worth a visit. Peter & Margaret-Tuesday, 1st August 2017
Margaret - August 2017
We visited this garden both water and private on April 28, 2016. We spent the whole day wondering around. A every corner was a new unexpected display of beautiful proportions. A delightful visit.
Janine - May 2016
This is a staggering garden both in size & beauty. The water garden is impressive & works beautifully with the nearby plantings. Don't miss the 'private garden' when it's open - a French inspired theme with stunning views of the country side. The cafe is more than adequate. A nursery stocks some rare cool climate plants. A must see!
Dean - February 2016
Still a work in progress but a stunning site. Well worth the trip
