Come and enjoy the unique garden collective of Highfields, Hillandale, Hartvale, Wild Meadows and Gory'u Japanese Gardens. Bus groups welcome.

Toilets located at Old Hartley village. there are limited use of toilets at the gardens.

Note: Parking arrangements differ with each garden. Gardens do have toilet facilities but they are limited so please do bear this in mind. Public Toilets are at Historic Hartley Village, Old Great Western Highway Hartley.

'HIGHFIELDS' - 111 John Grant Road Little Hartley
Highfield Gardens is the new garden created by David Kennedy of 'Clover Hill' garden in Katoomba.
'Highfields' with it's stunning escarpment views has captured the attention of the horticultural world being included in the book by Claire Takacs 'Australian Dreamscapes' and featuring on the front cover.
The gardens was also featured on Better Homes and Garden March 2020.
A large 6 acre garden with Rock Walls, Water Features and many garden areas with colour themed garden borders, A Birch Grove, Rock Garden and much more.
There are ideas for all garden owners with big or small gardens and we are always on hand for advice and help.

'Hillandale' 287 Eusdale Rd, Yetholme
Hillandale Gardens is a beautiful one hundred year old garden nestled in a valley surrounded by Eucalyptus fastigata forest of ancient proportions. Towering Rhododendrons, tree fern lined spring creek, magnificent Oak trees and a one hundred and twenty metre long perennial border are just some of its many features. 'Hartvale' - 49 Sunray Ave, Little Hartley
Hartvale is situated on five gently undulating acres at the base of Mt York with stunning escarpment, mountain and valley views. Predominantly a cottage garden filled with Lavender, Penstemon, Poppies, Salvias and Dahlias, the grounds also feature a Potager garden, kitchen garden area, cute potting shed and an open art studio. Designed by a builder and an artist, the gardens are all about vivid splashes of colour, texture, movement and joy with new ideas for the home gardener around every corner!

'Gory'u' - 85 Baaners Lane, Little Hartley
As seen on Better Homes and Gardens 2020, Gory'u Japanese Gardens is a showcase of Japanese Maples and Conifers. There are some 28 types of Japanese Lanterns, 12 Basins, 13 ornamental bridges, a waterfall, 4 Suikinkutsu (water harp), Shishi-Odoshi (dear/kangaroo scarer), moon viewing platforms, lake, stream and exceptional panoramic views towards Sugar Loaf Mountain, Mt York and Hassans Walls.

'Wild Meadows' - 243A Cox's River Rd, Little Hartley
Wild Meadows is a contemporary and naturalistic garden set in the hills of Little Hartley. Flowery meadows, perennial borders & woodlands are filled with some unusual plants. A garden with four seasons and the changes are dramatic. With spring's comes the blossom trees and drifts of daffodils. Summers is a riots of color with Roses, Lilies and perennials. Autumn is more somber with the turning of leaves in the trees and perennials meadows. Winter's is filled with russet colors and displays of unusual seed heads
